As already shown in the past weeks, with reference to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, TMB has done and will continue to do all the possible to protect our customers and suppliers both in series production as well as in the development of new projects. We are committed to protect the health of our collaborators and at the same time, in the maximum measure possible, to protect our Customers and Suppliers.

From the start of this crisis, TMB has put in place dedicated task forces in all plants to constantly monitor any development and has promptly taken any checking measures that are appropriate and reasonable, considering the circumstances, with the aim to firmly manage this unpredictable situation and mitigate the risks with our ability to assure the continuation of supplies.

The World Health Organization has officially stated that COVID-19 is considered pandemic and its spread all over the world has had a dramatic impact on global economy and business capacity, especially in production field.

Our government is issuing continuous significant checking and containment measures that are having effects on production capacities at all levels of the supply chain.

At current state, after the release of the last DPCM dated 22nd of March 2020, it is our duty to inform you that we are facing some exceptional circumstances with consequences that go beyond our possibilities and responsibilities.

In this quite complex and serious scenario, we are sorry to inform you that, following the pandemic spread of COVID-19, a Force Majeure Event has occurred, that affects our production capacities/possibilities and our power to continue the supply relationships at full speed.

Due to current instructions that are actually allowing to arrange shipments until 25th of March 2020, we recommend to consider this possibility to collect all further parts on stock in our warehouse in addition to the scheduled quantities.

Our contact people are at your disposal and at the same time we assure you that we are making all the best efforts possible to reduce to the minimum the consequences of these events to your company.
